Man found dead in Habiganj after family dispute

Police discovered the body of a man at his home in Madhabpur, Habiganj on Thursday.
Madhabpur Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Sohel Rana confirmed the matter. The man has been identified as Abdur Rahim, 23.
OC Sohel said Abdur was having misunderstandings with family members over the issue of buying a mobile phone for his wife. Locals reported that he was mentally broken down because of this.
Abdur bought the mobile phone on Tuesday and handed it over to his wife. He then went into a room, where relatives later found him hanging.
OC Sohel added that police recovered the body and sent it to the Habiganj Sadar Hospital morgue for an autopsy.
