The sales of ticket for one-match series between Bangladesh and England that is set to begin in March has been put on counters much ahead.

Bangladesh will play a Test match on English soil in May 2027. The one-match series will be held at Lord's. Ticket sales for this Test have already begun, a full 8 months before the match starts!

The Bangladesh-England Lord's Test is scheduled to begin on May 28 next year. With roughly 8 months still to go, the authorities have already initiated the ticket sales process.

Lord's Cricket Ground has confirmed this ticket sale news on their official website. They stated, "The general public ballot for international matches at Lord's in 2027 is now open. Through this, fans have the opportunity to secure tickets for the upcoming summer matches at the 'Home of Cricket'."

The Lord's authorities have announced that the general public ballot will close on October 26. Successful applicants from the first round will be contacted via email in early November. A deadline of November 17 has been set for first-round successful applicants to purchase their tickets. Lord's will begin general ticket sales on December 10.

Bangladesh last played a Test match against England in whites at Mirpur in 2016. Bangladesh played a Test on English soil in 2010. During that tour, they also played at Lord's. In that match, Tamim Iqbal scored a historic century.
