To be enrolled or to practice as a lawyer in Bangladesh, candidates must successively pass three rigorous stages: MCQ, written, and oral (viva) examinations.
After successfully completing these primary steps, candidates will gain the legal opportunity to be directly engaged in the legal profession in various district courts, lower courts, and special tribunals, excluding the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
The Enrolment Committee of the Bar Council provides all decisions, supervision, and necessary directions regarding the examination. Having cleared the first stage, Zaima Rahman will now prepare for the written examination.
