4 train carriages derail in Mymensingh

Four railway carriages of the Jamalpur Commuter train derailed in Gafargaon, Mymensingh, suspending train movement on the Dhaka-Mymensingh rail route.
Mymensingh Railway Station Station Superintendent Abdullah Al Harun confirmed the matter. The accident occurred around 9 am on Friday, just before the train entered Gafargaon railway station
However, there was no casualties or major damage. Abdullah said preparations are underway to send senior railway officials and a rescue (relief) train to the site.
