Students Join Luncheon Hosted by the Prime Minister

Students, teachers, and visitors from various educational institutions who came to watch the parliamentary session participated in a lunch hosted by Prime Minister and Leader of the House Tarique Rahman at the National Parliament Building.
The lunch was arranged today (Sunday) at the VIP Cafeteria of the National Parliament Building. It was attended by 29 students from the Department of Law of Canadian University of Bangladesh, 21 underprivileged students and teachers brought through 'Surbhi' – an associate organization of the Ganoshakti (Mass Literacy) Campaign, and 16 students and teachers from Tejgaon College Debating Society. This information was provided by the Prime Minister's Press Wing.
During the lunch, the Prime Minister inquired about the students' well-being and engaged in conversations with them on various topics. He urged the students to pay attention to sports alongside their studies. He also emphasized the importance of building themselves into capable, skilled, and good citizens.
The Prime Minister noted that the current generation is the future of the country. Therefore, students must prepare themselves from now on to build a developed and prosperous Bangladesh.
The students and teachers expressed their gratitude and thanks to the Prime Minister for the opportunity to participate in his event.
As part of the Parliament visit program, the students gained an understanding of the various activities of the Parliament Secretariat. In addition, they visited the Parliament Library, participated in a photo session at the North Plaza, and observed parliamentary proceedings in the Parliament Chamber.
