Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has held discussions with South Korea and Japan regarding ongoing regional and international developments.
He told the foreign ministers of both the countries about the latest diplomatic efforts aimed at ending what he termed the "U.S.-Israeli aggressive war" against Iran.
On Saturday afternoon local time, Araghchi spoke with South Korean Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yul regarding the current state of the conflict and the latest status of ceasefire negotiations.
In a separate phone call, Araghchi told Japanese Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi that Tehran is making every effort to bring an end to the war imposed on Iran.
It is worth noting that Japan and South Korea have been strategically vital allies for Washington in the Pacific region since World War II, and both countries host a significant U.S. military presence. (Source Tasnim News Agency)
