Feni highway crash kills 3

A bus crashed into a stationary covered van on the Dhaka-Chattogram Highway in Muhuriganj, Feni, killing three people and injuring one on Friday morning.
Fazilpur Highway Police Station Sub-Inspector (SI) Abu Noman confirmed the matter. However, they could not immediately identify the deceased.
SI Noman said a covered van broke down on the Chattogram-bound lane. Workers were attempting to tie the covered van to a long vehicle. At that moment, a bus of Unique Paribahan rammed the van. The impact killed the driver and helper of the covered van, along with the driver of the bus, on the spot.
Rescuers brought the injured individual to the Feni 250-bed General Hospital.
Feni General Hospital Resident Medical Officer Rokan Ud Doula added, “When the injured person from the accident was brought to the hospital, we advised sending them to Chittagong Medical College Hospital after primary treatment.”
Police recovered the bodies and sent them to the morgue of the Feni 250-bed General Hospital. They also seized the vehicles of the accident.
