Fazlur Rahman Appointed Chairman of AB Bank

Md. Fazlur Rahman has been elected chairman of the board of directors of AB Bank. He was selected at the bank’s 839th board meeting held on Thursday, with the appointment taking immediate effect.
Before becoming chairman, Fazlur Rahman served as the bank’s vice chairman. He joined AB Bank in 1997 as a vice president and later served as president and managing director from 2012 to 2014.
With long experience in banking operations, financial analysis, and strategic planning, Fazlur Rahman is a chartered accountant by profession. Over his career, he has held several key leadership roles, and under his involvement AB Bank achieved multiple notable financial milestones.
