PM inaugurates 500-bed neurosciences hospital

Prime Minister Tarique Rahman inaugurated the new 500-bed expanded building of the National Institute of Neurosciences & Hospital in Agargaon, Dhaka on Saturday morning.
Following the inauguration, Tarique inspected various departments of the hospital. He toured the operation theater and the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where he inquired about the medical services and facilities available for patients. Later, he delivered a speech addressed to the doctors, nurses, and staff.
The launch of the new 500-bed building will enhance the medical service capacity of the hospital. This expansion is expected to play a crucial role, particularly treating complex neuroscience-related diseases.
