Three more children died of measles across the country in
the past 24 hours, from 8 pm Monday to 8 am Thursday. The children were from
Sylhet, Habiganj and Dhaka. According to data from the Directorate General of
Health Services, the nationwide death toll from measles has reached 918 since
March 15.
According to the Directorate's bulletin issued Tuesday, 59
new measles patients were identified in the 24 hours from 8am Monday.
