Actress Ishika Khan recently became a mother for the fourth time. After three sons in a row, she has now given birth to a daughter. However, the former actress has had to endure a lot of harsh comments because of having four children.
The small-screen actress herself shared the matter on Instagram.
Ishika said, "After three boys, Alhamdulillah, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala has blessed me with a daughter. In this moment of joy, I have also had to hear some comments from certain people that have truly hurt me as a mother."

In response, the actress cited references from the holy Quran, saying, "One thing should be remembered—giving children or not is not in anyone's hands; it is entirely Allah's will and wisdom. Allah says in the Quran: He gives daughters to whom He wills, sons to whom He wills, some He gives both sons and daughters, and some He leaves childless. (Surah Ash-Shura 42:49–50)."
The actress added, "So before mocking or hurting someone over how many children they have, whether they are boys or girls, or why they have so many, please think a little. You do not know what Allah has written for them."
Expressing her love for her children, Ishika wrote, "Alhamdulillah, both my husband and I love our children. We have faced many ups and downs, hardships, trials, and financial struggles in our lives. But our children have never been a burden to us; rather, they are our everything in life."
