Bangladesh Meteorological
Department (BMD) said storms with speeds of up to 60 km per hour may occur in
20 regions of the country, including Dhaka, by noon.
BMD confirmed
the matter in the weather forecast for inland river ports, effective from 5 am to
1 pm on Thursday.
According to
the forecast, temporary gusty winds with rain or thundershowers, moving from
the south or south-east at a speed of 45 to 60 km per hour, may pass over the
regions of Rangpur, Dinajpur, Rajshahi, Pabna, Bogur...
