An analysis
of budget documents has revealed how the Chattogram City Corporation (CCC)
plans to spend its funds in the new fiscal year. Of every Tk 100 in the city
corporation’s fund, the largest share, Tk 45.81 will go toward road
construction and physical infrastructure development across the city.
Meanwhile, Tk 29.42 will be spent on salaries, allowances, and the settlement
of outstanding liabilities. At the end of the fiscal year, the corporation
