Eight people died with measles symptoms in Bangladesh in the
past 24 hours. During the same period, 1,086 people were newly reported with
measles or measles symptoms.
The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) reported
the information in its regular measles update released on Saturday.
According to the report, five people died with measles
symptoms in Dhaka division, one in Chattogram, one in Sylhet and one in
Mymensingh in the past 24 hours.
