Justice Habibul Gani appointed to appellate division
Justice Md. Habibul Gani of the High Court Division of the Supreme Court has been appointed as a judge of the Appellate Division. The President made the appointment on Thursday under Article 95(1) of the Constitution. The Ministry of Law issued a notification on the matter on Thursday. The notification said the appointment of Justice Habibul Gani will take effect from the day he takes his oath.
