Uddin Ahmad said a radical reform of the electoral system is needed.
He said, “Those
who are not immensely wealthy, but have acceptance in society, should be given
the opportunity to contest elections. For this, the Election Commission (EC) must
determine a system so that people get the opportunity to participate in
