The Non-Government Teachers’ Registration and Certification
Authority (NTRCA) will recruit teachers for private educational institutions
instead of their managing committees or governing bodies. This means candidates
will have to obtain registration certificates by taking preliminary, written
and MCQ examinations as before.
The decision was made at a meeting held at the Ministry of
Education on Tuesday. Secondary and Higher Education Division Secretary Abdul
