Activists
from Awami League (AL), a party whose activities are banned, allegedly attacked
police in Sujanagar in Pabna on Thursday after making an announcement over a
mosque loudspeaker.
Superintendent
of Police (SP) Md Sufi Ullah confirmed the matter. The assault left two
individuals injured, including Sujanagar Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC)
Mozaffar Hossain and Constable Sabuj.
