Russian
missiles and drones slammed into Kyiv early Monday morning, claiming at least
nine lives and leaving 46 others wounded.
This violent
assault comes just days after the capital’s deadliest strike of the year.
Rescue teams
are scouring the ruins of at least 15 damaged or destroyed residential
buildings throughout the city. In the historic Podilskyi district alone,
strikes hit four buildings, including a nine-story block that lost its top five
