Train services on the
Chattogram-Cox’s Bazar route resumed on Sunday after being suspended for five
days.
The route returned to normal
operation with the departure of the Tourist Express at 1:45 pm after repair
work was completed following the recession of floodwater from the railway
tracks. The resumption has ended several days of uncertainty for passengers on
the route.
