Law enforcement agencies have arrested Touhid, the prime accused in the hacking death of Jubo Dal leader Md. Abu Kawsar in Cumilla, and his brother Tanzir. Late Friday night, the District Detective Branch (DB) of police arrested Touhid from the Nurpur area of the city. On the same day, SRB arrested Tanzir from Brahmanbaria.
