Mother kills son, injures daughter in Tangail
A mother allegedly killed her three-and-a-half-year-old child and injured her eight-year-old daughter in Sakhipur, Tangail on Thursday. Sakhipur Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Murad Hossain confirmed the matter. The mother has been identified as Aklima Begum, 35. The deceased Ashraful Islam was the son of Aklima and Shaheen Miah, while Sidratul is Aklima’s daughter from a previous marriage.
