Six more children died with measles symptoms across the
country in the past 24 hours, from 8 pm Thursday to 8 am Wednesday, raising the
total number of child deaths linked to measles and measles symptoms to 803
since March 15. During the same period, 1,037 people developed measles
symptoms.
The information was revealed in the Directorate General of
Health Services’ regular measles situation report released on Wednesday.
