Two fleeing accused in Jubo Dal leader murder arrested in Sunamganj
The SRB has arrested two fugitives accused in the murder case of Jubo Dal leader Badrul Alam in Gowainghat, Sylhet. They were arrested during separate raids in two areas of Dirai upazila in Sunamganj early Monday. The arrestees are Mamunur Rashid (36), and Suaibur Rahman Shebu (38), both residents of Goragram village in the upazila. Businessman hacked to death in front of home in Sylhet
A businessman named Shahab Uddin (65), was hacked to death by assailants in front of his home in Sylhet. The incident took place around 1am early Monday in the Islamabad area under Shahporan (Rah.)
