Sohel Rana, a student of the University of Dhaka, ranked
first in the education cadre in the 49th BCS examination. However, he was
excluded from the gazette published on Wednesday, September 30.
The gazette list shows that Sohel Rana, who ranked first on
the merit list, is not included. Khairunnahar Khanam, who ranked second,
appears first on the list.
