IPDC Finance to issue Tk 400 crore in bonds
IPDC Finance PLC, a company listed in the financial sector of the stock market, has decided to issue two bonds worth Tk 400 crore. These include an unsecured subordinated bond worth Tk 200 crore and a green zero-coupon bond worth Tk 200 crore. The bonds will be issued through private placement to meet the company’s ongoing financing needs and ensure adequate capital in the future.
