RAB 2 has arrested Monowar Hasan, also known as Ledu Hasan,
one of the key accused in the murder case of Abul Bashar Badsha, general
secretary of the Nobodoy Housing Unit BNP in Mohammadpur, Dhaka. He was
arrested during a raid in the Mohammadia Housing Society area of Mohammadpur.
Ledu, who was arrested, had served as joint convener of
Adabor Thana BNP. He was expelled from the party twice on charges of activities
against the organization.
