Former ISKCON organizer Chinmoy Krishna Das Brahmachari
attended his mother’s funeral after being released on parole. He broke down in
tears while standing before his mother’s body.
Police took Chinmoy to Pundarik Dham in Mekhal village of
Hathazari upazila at around 5 p.m. Thursday under tight security. He first
stayed at the main temple for some time. He was then taken to his mother’s
body. Relatives and a large number of devotees were present there in the rain.
