Four days of
rain have thrown life in Chattogram city into disarray. Moderate to heavy
downpours have submerged low-lying areas, with water entering homes and shops,
leaving residents to endure extreme hardship.
The
disastrous weather has also forced the postponement of Wednesday’s HSC
examinations.
