Former President Ershad’s wife Bidisha arrested
Bidisha Ershad, second wife of former president and late Jatiya Party founding chairman Hussain Muhammad Ershad, has been arrested by police. She was arrested from her residence in Gulshan in the capital at around 20:30 on Tuesday. Gulshan Police Station Officer in Charge Daud Hossain confirmed that Bidisha was arrested in a fraud case.
