Bureau of Statistics (BBS) has offered some relief amid persistent price
pressures in the market. According to the agency’s latest data, the national
point-to-point inflation rate fell to 9.16 percent in June from 9.42 percent in
May.
The BBS
monthly inflation report shows that inflation declined in both the food and
non-food sectors during June. Food inflation dropped to 8.60 percent, down from
