Prime Minister Tarique Rahman has directed officials to
expedite the process of reopening loss-making and shuttered state-owned
industrial factories through domestic and foreign investment.
The directive came during a meeting held Saturday at the
Prime Minister’s Office in Tejgaon to review the progress of efforts to revive
the state-owned industrial facilities.
