The High Court has summoned two former Directors General of
the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education, Professor Dr. Muhammad Azad
Khan and Professor B. M. Abdul Hannan. They have been ordered to appear before
the court on August 12 and explain why they failed to comply with a court
order.
The order was issued on Wednesday by the High Court bench of
Justice Fahmida Quader and Justice Md. Asif Hasan.
Advocate Md. Humayun Kabir appeared before the court on
