Meteorological Department (BMD) said light rain may occur in Dhaka and storms
may hit eight regions across the country.
According to
the weather forecast for inland river ports valid from 5 am to 1 pm Monday,
temporary rain or thundershowers accompanied by gusty or squally winds at
speeds of 45 to 60 km/h from the south or southeast are likely over the Khulna,
Barishal, Patuakhali, Noakhali, Cumilla, Chattogram, Cox’s Bazar, and Sylhet
regions.
