Meteorological Department (BMD) said a low-pressure system has formed over the
North Bay of Bengal and the adjacent West Bengal-Bangladesh coast and
instructed four maritime ports to hoist local cautionary signal number 3.

Under its
influence, squally winds may sweep over the maritime ports, the North Bay, and
