Myanmar Ambassador to Bangladesh Kyaw Soe Moe has said that
an initiative has been taken to launch direct flights between Yangon and
Bangladesh. He also said Myanmar is working to increase cross border trade and
resume direct maritime connectivity between Chattogram Port and Myanmar’s
Yangon and Sittwe ports.
He made the remarks at an exchange meeting with Chattogram
Chamber and local business leaders at the Chattogram World Trade Center
conference hall on Wednesday afternoon.
