Police recovered the body of a 25-year-old woman named Ianur
Begum from under a bed at a house in Kadamtali in the capital. She had told her
mother about an argument with her husband the previous night. The next morning,
her younger brother went to the house and found the door locked from outside.
After breaking the lock and entering the room, he saw blood stains and then
found Ianur’s bloodied body under the bed. The victim’s husband Jewel has been
missing since the incident.
