Meteorological Department (BMD) said rain or thundershowers may occur in Dhaka by
noon and storms could hit six regions of the country.
According to
the weather forecast for the inland river ports from 5 am to 1 pm on Thursday,
temporary rain or thundershowers accompanied by gusty or stormy winds blowing
at speeds of 45 to 60 kilometers per hour from the south or southeast may occur
over the regions of Khulna, Barishal, Patuakhali, Noakhali, Chattogram, and Cox’s
