Supreme Court’s
Appellate Division cleared the way for headteacher appointments in around
32,000 government primary schools, resolving a legal deadlock that left the
positions vacant for years.
Attorney
General Md Ruhul Quddus Kazal confirmed the matter on Thursday. Chief Justice led
the Appellate Division and delivered the verdict.
