EC schedules Thakurgaon-1 by-election for 29 Oct
Election Commission (EC) announced that the voting in the by-election for the Thakurgaon-1 constituency, vacated by President Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, will take place on 29 October. EC Secretary Akhtar Ahmed confirmed the matter on Thursday.
