Bangladesh Meteorological
Department (BMD) said storms with speeds of 45 to 60 kilometers per hour may
occur in eight regions of the country by noon.
BMD confirmed
the matter in the weather forecast for the inland river ports, effective from 5
am to 1pm Friday.
The forecast added
that rain or thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty or squally winds
from the south or south-east at a speed of 45 to 60 km/h may occur over the
regions of Khulna, Barishal, Patuakhali, Noakhali, Cumil...
