Trump Warns Iran Over Stalled Deal Talks

As tensions in the Middle East escalate once again, US President Donald Trump issued a sharp warning to Iran. He claimed that Tehran has delayed negotiations over a deal for too long and must now ‘have to pay the price’, of its decisions. At the same time, reports indicate ongoing diplomatic efforts alongside a series of reciprocal strikes across the region.

In a post on social media, Trump wrote, "Iran is all talk and no action. They've taken too long to negotiate a deal that would have been great for them, now they will have to pay the price!!!"

His comments came as mediators from Qatar reportedly traveled to Tehran on Wednesday morning in an effort to finalize a deal following discussions with the United States, according to an official familiar with the situation who spoke to Reuters.

White House representatives could not be immediately reached for comment on Trump’s post or on the reported visit and consultations by the mediators.
