A team of Delhi Police boarded an aircraft at Delhi Airport on Saturday morning and detained Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke immediately upon arrival.
Police conducted the operation ahead of CJP’s scheduled demonstration at Jantar Mantar. Dipke broadcast the encounter live on his Instagram page as police officers entered the cabin and took him into custody.
The video shared by Dipke depicted officers entering the flight and apprehending him alongside fellow CJP activists Sourav Das and Ashutosh Ranka inside the aircraft.
The recording showed commotion in the aisle as CJP members challenged the officers, asking why police could not wait for them to deboard first. Addressing the female officers who boarded the plane, Dipke said, “You could have waited till we came out. Come arrest us, we are not afraid”.
