Upazila administration
seized 23 bags of DAP fertilizer during a raid at Merurchar Union in Bokshiganj,
Jamalpur on Friday.
Upazila
Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Murad Hossain confirmed the matter. He said, “Acting on a
tip-off, officials conducted an operation in the Tupkarchar area and
confiscated the fertilizer found on the van.”
The seized
fertilizer has been placed in police custody at Bokshiganj Police Station. Legal
action is underway.
