To highlight the new government’s priority of delivering on
its pledge to reduce the cost of living, UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham visited
the historic English city of Bath. Soon after taking office, he placed public
transportation at the center of efforts to lower everyday expenses for ordinary
people. During the visit, Burnham inspected local bus services, spoke with
passengers and transport workers, and boarded a FirstGroup bus to look around
