Wildfires in
eastern Washington have forced thousands of residents to flee their homes and
destroyed hundreds of buildings as the crisis intensifies.
Authorities
reported on Sunday that the blazes in the Spokane region displaced around
60,000 people and leveled at least 600 structures, including homes and
