Case filed over forged judge’s signature on affidavit
A case was filed at Dhaka’s Kotwali Police Station against three individuals, including a lawyer, on charges of forging a judge’s signature and court seal to create a marriage affidavit. Dhaka Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Court’s Office Assistant cum Computer Operator in the Nezarot department Md Khalid Hossain filed the case as the plaintiff on Sunday.
