The Ministry of Public Administration has issued a
notification transferring three secretaries. They are Rafiqul I Mohammad,
Shawkat Rashid Chowdhury and A.J.M. Salahuddin Nagari.
Rafiqul I Mohammad has been appointed Secretary on a
contractual basis at the Rural Development and Cooperatives Division. He had
been serving as Secretary on a contractual basis at the Public Division of the
