Awami League government launched the Tk 11,142 crore Ashrayan-2 project to
rehabilitate nearly 500,000 homeless families across Bangladesh, but the
massive initiative has now come to virtually nothing.
Under the
project, launched in 2021 on the occasion of the “Mujib Year,” more than 2,50,000
