Three superstars of the football - Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Neymar - played in the World Cup 2026. Their careers are essentially at an end, and in their final world cup, all three had to bid farewell in tears.
None of the teams – Argentina, Portugal, or Brazil - captured the title.
Among the three teams, Brazil was the first to exit this World Cup. Their journey came to a halt in the Round of 16 after a 2-1 defeat to Norway.
